Rumors began to spread of a safe haven, a small island all but forgotten in the mists of time, rather desolate compared to the great continents surrounding it. What remained of the three great nations quickly laid claim to the island, seeking sanctuary for their few surviving people.
A great exodus began, a new calling to life. Few knew how treacherous the journey would be. Many who left their homelands now call the bottom of the Trammel Sea their new home. Those who did make landing found a land filled with struggle, not all doors were open, and not all people had open arms. The accord signed by the four nations representatives at Avalon keep an already decimated population from annihilating itself.

The Council of Felucca created Avalon to be a place of sanctuary. It was a place of solace and aid to those newly arrived to Felucca. There, past citizens were able to learn the lore of Felucca, how to survive and flourish in a sometimes harsh land. The Mt. Stygian eruption laid waste to the isle and all of it's history of compassion and comfort.
The people of Felucca banded together to restore Avalon to it's former glory. remade in the image of the people. It is again a place of solace and aid to those newly arrived to Felucca.
